[설명]

URL을 통해서 장소 추가

동기 API로 두기에는 응답에 시간이 걸리는 기능이라 비동기 API입니다.
job_id와 status가 반환되는데, job_id로 해당 작업의 장소 목록을 조회하는 API가 별도로 있습니다.

다른 기술을(SSE, 폴링 등등) 사용하여 프론트에 업데이트 요청을 보내는 것도 가능하겠지만,
일단은 후순위로 두고 프론트에서 지속적인 요청을 보내 조회하는 방향으로 가야할 것 같습니다.

이미 진행 중인 작업이 있다면 JOB_IN_PROGRESS 예외가 발생합니다. (동시에 1개의 작업만 가능)

url: 지금은 youtube url만 분석 가능합니다.
